Due to space limitations on our web-server, and the enormous quantity of cards that are sent each day, we can only keep greeting cards on-line for 3-4 weeks.
Generally, we maintain cards on our system for 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year, and the traffic level on the site. During busy holiday seasons, cards may only remain on-line for 3 weeks. Other times, cards may remain on-line for 4 weeks or more.
Note:If a greeting card has been sent, and 2 weeks pass before the card is picked up, we will send a 2nd notification to the recipient reminding them that there is a greeting card waiting for them on our site.
Once a card has been picked up and viewed, it will only remain on our site for 7-10 days, after which time it will be deleted.
